Anybody got any 285 15 inch yokohamas? I am afraid my tires will be shot by the time I get the car out and I dont have it in the budget for the 17 inch wheels I want right now

This is my 83sc cab that I turned into a turbo. These are old pics, I changed it alittle since then. Filled in the front spoiler with a screen for my oil cooler. My motor is a stroked out 3.0 turbo motor to 3.5. dynoed at 398hp. Love the car but would never do it again. I have way to much money into her.

Using this for boost control and the other photo is what I will use to cover the skid bar on the front to protect the fiberglass. Anybody want to post any pics of how they protected their fiberglass valance.

I wish I could come up with something more substantial to say, but the word that comes to mind is:
WOW!
I view people who have skills such as this as renaissance men and women. Truly possessing multiple skills - not just mechanical know-how, but a type of vision. It requires knowledge of combustion-engine function, electronics, structural engineering...
Great job and I look forward to more updates.

Times they are getting exciting the final parts are coming in and the motor quite possibly could go back in the car in the next week I got the injectors, Innovate LC-1 with a gauge a few other parts are here. Innovate actually got on the phone with me and using pics and lots of discussion came up with the best place to put the bung for the WB O2 sensor and the fact that I needed a 1 inch bung to keep the sensor out of the main flow. Kudos to them for the help. I have a LED readout for the AFRs and a vdo voltage gauge to go in the center console. More to come soon!

A little box I made up for the LC-1 O2 sensor, the calib. LED and momentary switch and a PCB that I will mount a capacitor to smooth out the 12 volt voltage coming in. I will mount this on the relay panel next to the LC-1 controller.

Made some progress today installed new motor and trans mounts, changed the trans oil with swepco 201, cleaned and rebuilt the axles. Would you believe those boots are 18 years old.

A pic of how I modified the relay panel and rear fuse panel to add the EFI system I also eliminated things I didn't need like the rear window defogger. So now I have gotten rid of all the ceramic fuses for updated ATO fuses. one possible mod that may need to be made is to use a relay to draw power straight off the battery for all the EFI systems.
