I didn't really need anyone's back on this....I kinda figured out myself that moving from the land of 93-aplenty to Kalifornia was going to be an issue with my tune. The last thing I did before leaving Texas was to fill her up while she sat on the trailer. I'd already researched the 100 octane stations in SoCal-I have the list on my phone.

When I built my engine, I had the heads drilled for a second set of plugs, so that is on the to-do list of expenditures.

Ed, is it this Sunday you are providing the stakes and lobsters for that drive-in GTG at your place?

Actually, all roads leading to my neighborhood are closed sunday due to the bicycle race (Lance Armstrong and friends) finishing the tour de Calif near my house.

The thought I'm floating is an open house (garage actually) on 3/21 for the 12 hours of Sebring race. Nobody has to stay for 12 hours....

I'm considering the POC STS#2 at Willow Springs that weekend too. To do that, I should spend another $2K on suspension work before then, and I'm really on the fence about that.

Enjoy! If you want to take a little spin, this is my favorite in all of SoCal. They were at about $6/gallon a few weeks ago, the best deal on the street, IMO-most I've seen are $8. I pay $9/gallon in Rancho Santa Fe, the closest to my house. I was up near them yesterday-almost went to Target and bought a gas can, I should've planned ahead and taken a couple of jugs from home:

Agoura Hills
Union 76
28203 Dorothy Dr. (at Chesebro Rd), Agoura Hills (818) 991-6241
At the southbound Chesebro Road off-ramp from the 101 freeway

Hey I can do that when I show in the Valley/Calabasas

$2.00 X 10 gallons, that's worth it, that's lunch. Will use $6.00 getting there but oh well cost of care for my baby, priceless

Negative. I ain't got not, so I ain't sharing

actually it's at Euclid and the 60. Go north one block and it's on the north-east corner. I think its at Philadelphia and Euclid. VP Racing

(You are gonna open a can of worms with your little Secret Ops thing. I'm totally up for it though.)

we should just open it up to anyone that wants to show up at my house. If you have the handshake and the passwords "chips and salsa" your in.
