They look great.

You should have placed some washers or taped where the lug nuts tighten to the wheel though, rumor has it that area should not be painted.

Why is that? Do the lugs need metal to metal friction to maintain torque?

I'm inspired. My rims have the anodized area painted over. I'd like to restore to original anodized finish. Any suggestions on paint removal in the anodized area?

Holy cow! They look really good. You did a great job. Not sure I would have tried that myself. I don't quite have that much confidence yet.
