I feel I must comment as I had an experience with Windward as well...

Ordered a 930 intercooler which I was charged for immediately and never shipped (I gave them almost 60 days as I recall) -- despite numerous calls and promises. After finally buying one from Performance Products (now those guys are great) I asked for a refund which also never came -- despite more numerous calls and promises and had to resort to filing a clain with my card provider to get the refund.

To add insult to injury, I also purchased a Powerflow intake which when received was not a Powerflow but a knockoff and missing a required breather filter (which Evo Motorsports was kind enough to supply after a simple call).

I will never do business with Windward again.
