Last weekend my buddy and his wife were walking back to their parked daily-driver Prius. There was a newer Vette parked behind them; the guy fired it up and revved the engine a few times. My buddy's wife looked back at him and yelled "Sorry about your d*ck!" BTW this guy also owns an early M3 and a '90 NSX, just happened to be in the Prius that day.

I get nice comments from guys about the car - As far as being a "chick magnet", for 21 yo girls tho, walking my Wheaton Terrier beats it by infinite multiples...

(& chatting w/ cute 21 yo girls, and driving the Porsche with spirit both make me feel 21 again....)

The most recent happened while I was previewing a Bank Owned property in Fullerton. A young girl was riding her skateboard by as I stepped out of the car. She said "cool car". Even 6 year-olds get it.

I always acknowledge compliments by saying that it is a blast to drive.

One afternoon my wife and I were getting out of the car and a 7-9 year old girl stopped and looked at her dad and with a big smile said this is the car! I looked at her dad and then the girl and asked if she wanted to get it the front seat, she said really and looked at her dad and he said ok. She got in the driver seat and grabbed hold of the wheel with both hands grinning ear to ear, her dad snapped a couple pictures and said thanks. I always get a kick out of the younger kids gawking at the car, I remember that is how I was at their age when any Porsche drove by.

I been stopped twice over the years by cops because their attention was drawn to my 928. One cop decided not to give me the ticket because he like the 928 so much. No such luck the second time.
