Great pics Jeremy, that MP4/6 is my fav racing car of all time - gorgeous! Sorry that we couldn't get our act together to meet up; next time don't choose a school-day!

superb photos!
Those pics bring back lots of good memories for me. Before moving to Scotland I lived about 800 yards from brooklands and used to mess about there all the time. That banking is kin' steep. It's a struggle to climb to the top and if its a bit damp you've got no chance. here's a pic of my old Cobra replica I had before the 911. this was taken on another section of the banking that's not so steep, but also, not fenced off Its now part of MB world and they have made it out of bounds to the public.

I've seen that Napier Railton driving a couple of times. they sometimes take it our and run it around the clubhouse on days when they're doing events. It sounds astonishing! The guy who drives it looks like he's older than the car

I remember when they brought the concord to brooklands, they had to take down a load of the lamp-posts on the roads they used because the transporter was too wide for the roads.

Beaulieu is an incredible place, I could spend days there in the new forest.

cheers for the pics!
Nick
