Speaking for myself, I don't think the issue is Mr. Deering or what he may have done. I think the cloak-and-dagger stuff is weird too, but to me the issue is Mr. BAR's motives because this thread introduces negativity into the forum with such shrill tones and an almost condescending air. It would have been better if he had introduced himself, stated his connection, and then related his personal story. No one would ever fault that. Most people would go "gee thanks" and leave it at that. But trying to kick down the door, shoot up the ceiling, and make announcements while standing on the bar is not the way we should do things here.

Personally, I would not shed a tear if this thread were sent into the abyss. I think Wayne probably did that so his company doesn't get involved in finger pointing or liability. I know that Wayne doesn't need that, and I also know that he shares the same view that I have on negative posts. It's so much better to avoid negativity altogether, which spreads like a disease.

 

Chuck, I respect both you and your posts. I am sorry for your losses.
By the way, whats the point of Dr. (whoops) Mr. Advocate complaining about Jimmys being destitute and unable to pay judgements, then trying to insure he can't make a living?

 

I think rusnak was a poet with his summary. I had a pm from advocate telling me I was "wrong" and again going into the background here. I don't know what I am "wrong" about. I stated in my post after his that the info on JD may well be true,but something rubbed me about his post. Doing us a "favor" was not his primary motive IMO, which lessens the impact of his message.

Chuck, your message carries a lot more weight as it is obvious where you were/are coming from and I admire your decorum. I'm also sorry for your loss. However, I do not see any lunatic rants here and do not see the need to close this thread. In fact, had it been closed when adcocate came under scrutiny, you could not have added your experiences.

YOU TOOK IT TO IPB cause you wanted me there asap, if im not mistken by Friday on a Tues afternoon..Sun i got an email from you with questions that Ron was asking cause you had already taken it in.
You mentioned you would send me list of repairs Ron did and we would go from there.. 6 months later you contacted me.. I did tell you, ive never received those RO's, soooo, i called Ron myself, 5 min later i had them on my Blackberry.. Once again, i sent you another message, 4 i would fix or refund, 2 i didnt agree with, but would work with you...

Back when car was at the shop, you did not contact me, only the lady woking in the shop that you continued to flirt with. So, with her never knowing my business besides do what she was told to do, he said she said makes a hard issue to handle the right way...

Like i said before we had a time frame to meet to fix your issues before my hire date. You never responded, so here you are on a forum talking to others..


FYI to other members.. Wayne didnt want to be involved.. Well, after being slammed for false posts, and me requesting to have them pulled or blocked, he will be NAME #1 on the subpoena list..
