I think it is important to arm the consumer with such information. What each individual chooses to do with said information is up to them.

Please just use common sense here guys, this isn't a debate someone has to win it's to try to keep you safe.

If it walks like a duck and it quacks like a duck.... it's usually a duck.

Indeed it is. But, I can honestly say I've never met Jimmy, had any dealings with him or know anyone who has...

if you want to call it a "knee jerk reaction" to come on as a total starnger and start slagging other people without any explanation of your situation then so be it .... I can live with that .. but i have and will continue to question these posts , after all I don't want this turn into a pelican forum

cheers guys

humor is good, just take what Murph said and use what you want here, it's only meant to inform, what you do with it is up to you.

like telling parents it's probably not a good idea to let their daughters date Ted Bundy back in his day.. at the time that would probably have been considered speaking ill (slagging?) of someone as well but many probably wish they had heard a warning

just accept this was meant for the next guy who should not have to have something terrible happen to him for lack of information

No (good) attorney would say "have to have"......? We get your point (and data).

Spelling? ok here,..depending on the chosen word and typing speeeeeeeed.

But, at minimum,.."gonzo" styled....

I was a fan of Hunter Thompson's books and the Breathed (sp) Doonsebury strip with Uncle Duke so thank you. Over the last couple of years I've found Carl Hiassen's books to be entertaining in a similar bent way.

this information is mostly intended for the California people who may wander into something they would really rather not in an attempt to save a few bucks on shop costs, as I said earlier, this thread is one of the first things someone sees when they "google" this guy that they may have heard about as a good deal and research him online to find contact info.... very dangerous thing.

FYI,

"Unfortunately, we're at a time in our nation's history where you have to have a demonstrated track record of a particular judicial philosophy," said Republican Sen. John Cornyn of Texas, who supported the doomed nomination of Harriet Miers and is viewed as a potential nominee to the high court himself.
