Default 3 Porsches loca in Santa Barbara, one is very nice---for sale no aff.

I was trolling around craigslist and found 3 cars. One is better than the other two in my opinion because it just had a rebuild done 2K miles ago and he details what was done in it a little. Sounds like he knows more about porsche than the other two. I would be willing to check out any of these 3 for someone that is interested.

I think both the first and last one are very good deals.

#1: Gray market car (read minus), "Synthetic oil in trans" - that's seriously wrong, what does "pistons, rings" mean - normally if the set is replaced rings aren't mentioned, "new Cat" - bet it's not a Porsche cat.

#2: Ad doesn't tell much, the pictures are lousy but the car looks better than the other two. Complete records is interesting, I wonder if the head studs have been replaced? Hmmmm...

#3: Ride height all wrong (too low in back, too high in front) - accident? Ask Droops83 if he knows the car - the seller names the shop Chris is at.

Oh, I know, I just made a few general observations!

How bad is the fire smoke where you're at?

The particulate matter in the air (Central CA) has reached higher levels than ever recorded - unhealthful for everyone, not just the compromised. The smoke from California's wildfires has kind of made the sky over Bakersfield its home - combine that with 100F + temps and we don't need the TV (or the news!), but we do need to stay inside.

Pete, What fires? I see sunny skys and puffy clouds. It's about 92 here today.

I like care #1 for all the euro stuff and #3 for the color. #2 is a toad.

I've heard about all the fires raging in northern CA but here in SB we haven't seen any effects from it yet. We got our fair share of ash last year from the Zaca fire where for a couple of days the sky was red like Mars, and inches of ash covered everything like snow, looked like the apocalypse was upon us. I saw some weird looking clouds and reddish sky when driving back down here from the Bay Area through Salinas area last weekend though.

Not sure that I recognize that third SC for sale.

Quick Reply: 3 Porsches loca in Santa Barbara, one is very nice---for sale no aff.
