I have a 2.7 engine that misfires once the car is warm and under power. I realize that there could be various items causing this condition. I have heard that the ignition box may be a prime source for this problem. Although I have a low mile car, the ignition box is original. I appreciate input into whether this may be the solution to the misfiring problem.

If I change the iginition box, is there any difficulty in using a perma tune box instead of a rebuilty OEM?
