I think I know what they were thinking. Remember the sign outside the De Javu' strip club in Miami?It reads "100's of beautiful girls, and 3 ugly ones". Well, they could get the beautiful girls in the car, but the ugly ones needed that little somethin' extra to give it up.

How you twist my words to be a swipe at 993's is beyond me. Follow me on this:
1. I observe that it looks like it is a 993 instead of Doug's assessment that it started as a 964.
2. The Strosek's aesthetics are not to my taste, a bit over the top for most P-car owners, I think. Hence the suggestion that this is why Corvettes are sold, as a tongue in cheek slam on the whole gold chain/over-the-top bling-bling car crowd.

base car was a 993 or not is the wiper spacing. 993 wiper shafts are only
about 5 to 6 inches apart. Earlier cars are spread apart alot more. The yellow
beast's wiper shafts have a wide spread.
