Looks and sounds pretty good from what you can tell in an ad with low res pics. Are the centers in those seats cloth?

If I can make just one Rennlister happy a day!

And I think the seats are all leather.

Interesting - That particular ad, and another one on the classifieds here, pushed me over the edge to subscribe to this forum one day later.
Yes, I'm a noob on a mission. Am thinking of calling the west chester targa owner for an appointment.

Off topic: do folks actually buy out of state p-cars w/o going there in person to see it?

Thanks!

As long as you get a favorable PPI from a reputable shop and you are comfortable with the terms of the transaction with the seller.

Good luck with your search.

All of my P-cars have been from out of state. I always go and personally see them before purchasing. In addition, a detailed PPI performed by an experienced shop is strongly recommended.

That car is my car but a terrible choice in repaint color :P He should have kept it granite green. My interior is the same as his, puke colored green and I love it haha. I haven't had tranny work though (knock on wood).

I was thinking the same thing, beautiful color, but high mileage.

I agree the price seemed a bit high, but it seems in line with what I've been tracking for the past 6 months or so. If I were to, my offer'd be a bit lower.
I assumed the 'repaint' was true OEM with Glasurit spelled correctly (mis-spelled words in Porsche ads make me wince). I get a different version of the color depending on what monitor I use, but thanks for helping me to keep grounded guys. Will have to ask.

I started out with my sights lowered, but I find I keep creeping up along later models year$ (argh).
