Clive,
I've been away working and have just got home tonight to read this.
I'm devastated! This sort of thing would kill me. I struggle to afford what I can for the car and I love it too much to get rid of it. That's why I try to do as much of the service and manufacturing myself.

I really feel your pain.

I'm happy to donate to the "Hockey stick Memorial Airbox Recovery Fund."

Send me your address and I'll mail you $10.

Thanks Frank ....

I think we ill be fine in the big picture .. even if this thread causes one or 2 guys to look in their Bentley and make the correction , I will be happy with that as it may help them avoid this. I am just calssifying this as " taking one for the Rennlist team "

I would think a post describing the error in the manual should be a sticky here but I will let the powers at be and more senior members decide on the Merit and method of that ...

<-------- BULL , i should have gone with my instinct

Default GTG, Swepco 201.

HI Iceman.

Nice meeting you at the GTG on Saturday. This is just a follow up for info on the Swepco 201 fluid.

I have a list of items that I am working on ordering from Pelican Parts. Quick question about the fuel pressure, (warm starts). From what I have read my warm start issue could be the accumulator or the fuel pump check valve. Would my FP have an internal check valve or is it screwed on the end of the discharge line of the FP? Any chance of getting a check valve locally? That would be an inexpensive thing to try to see if that helps my warm start. I guess if that did not work my next step is the accumulator.

Thanks dave...

Dave Good to meet you .

I would suggest just opeing a new thread and many can see it . I believe it is external to the pump and available seperately.

Since it your first or second post .. pics of the car are ususally mandatory ..

before anyone will help ...
