Folks well, I have gone where there is no return. i have converted my 3.2L
baby to a 3.6L monster, i would not name names, however this is what i went through
1)poor workman ship on conversion
2)poor parts EG: bycicle throttle cable found in the comprtment
3)house wires found in the DME +ECU unit to convert 3.2 harness to 3.6
harness. gave my good harness and it was swaped to un inferrior(Misspelled)
recalled 95 harness
3)The Sheet Metal to be desired
4)price jumped by 50% after the deal was made
folks i could have done it with your guys help in my garage + with a couple of my friends over a beer
don't be doooped
I thank you for reading my rant, no more rant.........

Thanks for the good info! The lesson seems to be that our cars are at an age where we must rely more on DIY and distrust most mechanics until we hear 1st hand from raving fans.

Thank you for the "Heads-up", I wish I knew who the culprit was as I'm getting ready to do a 3.6 into a 1975 911 and certainly don't want to do business with people like that.

Big question to all. where do i belong? on the 993 side or stay here. what constitutes 100% 911
oh heck it's a 911 air cooled engine i got, no matter how you look at it.
