Check the parts prices on Pelican, then add about 6 hours labor. Also, figure in preventive items such as the oil pressure switch, thermostat o-ring, throttle lever (bell crank) bushings, maybe even injector sleeves and o-rings - all of which are really easy to do with the engine out. Although the car might not need a new flywheel, budget for one anyway, along with a new pilot shaft bearing. Also, make sure that the shop that you use replaces the transmission mainshaft seal!

A mechanic should probably charge at least $2,000 to do the job, if that is what you were asking.
