Thanks for that info Max. That is inline with what I sort of figured it would be. One of the reasons for asking is to show what it really takes to do a solid V-8 conversion.
Bmartini this is the info you need to look at. Is the car your looking at anywhere close to the one Max has? The devil is in the details.

I think it's like boiling frogs...if you get the water boiling and then try to throw a frog in the water, the frog never even gets wet. But, if you put the frog in the water before you heat it, the frog never notices the heat. eventually you can enjoy the frog legs. So, with the Porvette, show us pictures that are shinny and perty, talk horsepower and craftsmanship and soon we are fans of the Porvette and we never knew what hit us.
