okay got my answer it wasn't 15 years rolling it was 20 , which they then stopped. currently any car built in 1987 or older is exempt..... until they change the law ....... again ....

I really like the 15 inch fuchs on this, they look current and retro all at the same time.....if that makes any sense...?

$17,995 is the winning bid. Not a bad price. Now take it to Carlsbad, loose the targa top, add a board rack, lower it even more, find some low-pro tires, get a job on PCH, surf just south of town very evening, and you will be the coolest surfer dude rollin' 15's...oops, almost forgot....a blue targa already has that gig.

well I am sure there are lots of guys with 15s who would gladly trade you for your 16s . ..as long as you payed them enough ...

are the 15 that rare? I think I only know of the one car in Carlsbad that has them. Every '86-'87-'88 I looked at all had 16's so I'm guessing it would be a hard set to find. great for the super low, dropped into the dirt look, but not so many rubber choices.

Well I said close to 20 G and it got 18. It would be cool if the purchaser was a renlister so we could see how he made out with the car .
