That's a different one. They talk of it being in Pennant Hills but this one is in Melb. In fact, from the pics, it's from the porsche wreckers next door to my mechanic.

I tend to steer Clear of Left Hookers in OZ as the market is so picking when it comes to these things.

74 Carerras had the 73RS MFI engine and running gear, they're hot property at the moment, fetching over 100k AUD, a green one sold for huge money at the classic throttle shop for well over that about 9 months ago. At the same time I wouldn't touch the ebay one with a 40 foot pole, I've met the guy sell it...

I agree that they were the RS running gear, however at no stage were they called RS. Which was my point.
I have seen a number of 1974 Carrera's sold in Australia for between $100 - $120,000 over the past 12 months and you are right they are HOT and represent some form of value when you consider that the last 1973 RS I know of sold about 6 months ago for $365,000.
