A real, unmolested 911 RS is worth quite a bit, even if it needs restoration. Some people prefer an unrestored car that has never been hacked at.

I would guess it to be worth North of 80K. But I am just guessing. If it is a good car, double that. Again, I am not in any way in a position to know this to be true, but I have seen the prices of good RS's go up, and have yet to see them go down.

There are guys on this board who have paid 50K+ for a replica though, so don't think me too stupid.

Someone woke up an old thread.

I did check out the Pelican thread, and it appears that the English Court system has decided that the car is a genuine RS, due to the fact that rebodies are not uncommon in England, and that there appears to be no other car claiming to be this RS and sharing the same VIN.

Go figure.

Default It back again

I know the last owner really well and was as honest as they come, yet he was ripped off, the saga goes on forever.

Its a good car and if someone just sat on it for 20 years it will one day repay the owner many times........

Well chaps its sold recently by Bohams for £60,900 and now for sale again

Will it ever have a real home?

Clowns. This would never happen to me, but if it did, I would drive the wheels off that thing. You know the people doing the work on the car has been run around - I doubt it's that nice. I'm not going back through that thread to remind myself what happened, but it sounds like a dog and pony show. From the start they new someone like Presto would come along and take the carrot. Porsche would'nt touch it.

Exclamation !!!BEWARE OF CAR RESTORATION SCAM!!!

As legal Findings Alleged against Brian Hall and Michelle Hall for Defenders Northwest LLC and its owners, Brian T. Hall and Michele A. Hall are being sued for car restoration fraud. The copy of the complaint is here. There are various news stories about the scam. https://intpolicydigest.org/a-lawsui...efender-world/ International Policy Digest. A Lawsuit Roils the Defender World. Land Rover Defender enthusiasts pay top dollar for fully restored vehicles so when one company engages in shady business practices people take notice.
