I rebuilt my 915 recently. Do a search under my sign in name and "915". I took lots of pictures. There are some tricks to undoing some of the large nuts so you don't have to use a flywheel lock (like engaging two gears at the same time.) It is alot of fun doing the tranny.

Thanx guys, as i put all of my money in parts for my car, i can not afford a membership right now..hehe... It will be worth every penny, I'll be signing up soon...
All of the break bands has to be changed, maybe the sync hub 2-3, if it's out of tolerance...
Has opened up 1. gear, nice doggs, but noe breakband, rotates it the same time as i push them together, no resistance.. Can easily see the wear marks on the bands, polished look on one side....
Info travel fast today.... Around the world in a sec......
Hopefully, we will be back on the road sunday. Next weekend at most, workworkwork...
