Default Replacement

Well Ihave started the interview process given up on my last employee...

This fellow came highly recomended, he says he is a "stand up guy " and he says he does well under pressure...
He just doesn't seem to have the pizaz of my last guy and he seams a little short to me for the Job. he says he can take the heat but I am more worried about if he can take the cold, many of his type have come and gone and fail miserably in these Canadian winters ... good ol stick never let me down ...

He is suppose to be a heavy duty guy but we will see won't we .... lots of other interviewees....

If it's like mine, it WILL eventually collapse under the pressure of its responsibility. Stick would have NEVER let you (or your engine lid) down!

Poor ole Stick, R.I.P. (Rendered Inoperable and Puckless).

My employees in the back do their job as they should. But the 2 guys up front are lazy. I have temporarily replaced them with a guy who gets the job done, but he is a bit square. And kind of boxy.

(it's actually a new headliner the PO bought in 1987...it's been in that box, in the car for 20 years...)

I employed a few guys like that for a job 'up front' However currently there is no work for them. Instead of laying them off I just put up with them standing around all day.

Iceman,

I thought of you during my vacation down at the beach.

There was an antique shop that had a pair of hockey sticks for sale from Russia with the players autograph near the blade.

I almost picked them up but one was for a righty and the other was for a lefty and I didn't know which one you would need

I thought they were pretty neat even though they were not Canadian.

I am still in mourning over your loss. I went out to the garage and looked over my pile of close to 200 potential applicants for your position and they all were willing to trade their spot in the garage for a chance at a better life holding up your lid.
