Default Anyone know about this type of wing?

Specifically I’d like to know the dimensions of it.
Width not counting the end bits, Thickness top to bottom at its thickest, Length front to back (chord)
I had a look over on the 997 GT3 forums but I’m too scared to go there

Thanks JV!!!!

I tried to measure mine but after I'd wrapped my tape measure in cotton wool, I coudn't see the numbers

Hey, How did you go with the RS handles???
Do you want me to make two up and send them up to you??

This week I'm going to try and put two complete panels together (including handles and straps) and put them in ebay. got to do something between jobs to pay the bills

Hey Ice,
She's moved house since that was taken, still gets a fair bit of dust on her as it's on a dirt floor. (no budget for concrete yet) Took the bonnet off to finish the wiring. Front bumper came off so I could get her onto the car trailer.
The dash that I bought from the UK arrived in two pieces and it’s just sitting in there at the moment till I can find another one.
I don’t want to put the wiper unit or ventilation system back in until I get a new dash top.

Got a couple of old Recaro SPGs that I need to recover, so with most of the interior stripped out I starting thinking, “This needs a roll bar in here.”
So I’ve been researching and measuring up for that.
I’ll try and borrow a camera so you can see where she’s at.

A tracing of the silhouette of the airfoil itself would be great.

Yes Jack,

That also would be great. I could make one up out of Balsa and then pull a mold off it. It seems pretty simple because it's just straight.

JV,
I haven’t done the seat delete yet as my car still needs to be complied. But I was going to make a roll bar up and when the car is finished and on the road I'll rip out the rear seats and put the bar in.
Not sure about replacing the rear parcel shelf with carpet but I'll look at it more closely at the time.

If you've got a bar in yours you better post a few pics of it!!!

Hi Dave,
After seeing the larger version of your avatar, I've got my own bar now.

Yes, if you don't mind. I'm building up quite a library of Bar design pics.

Thanks.

I bolt on a lot of home-made aero pieces for track days.
