911 Owners and the Rennlist Census Poll
Rennlist Members: There's a poll in OT designed to gauge the distribution of p-cars that are owned by the membership at large.
It's an attempt at taxonomy classification, if you will, and p-cars are grouped into their "genus" classification and not into "species."
All rear engined, flat sixes are grouped in the 911 category.
All front engined, 4-bangers are grouped in the 924/944/968 category. And so on.
It's all in good fun intended to show which Porsche model we proudly own. And for those who own more than one you are being asked to choose which one you most identify with. And if you can't pick a favorite you can abstain from voting as some have opted to do for that reason.
Right now the 928 owners are clearly in the majority here, but only because many of you 911 owners are not aware of the census poll.
So follow the link here and stand up and be counted!

Funny, I knew 911's would be a high percentage, but I would have expected 944's to be the next in line. I hardly ever see any 928's by me.

I think the reason that OT is limited to paying members is because of the unbelievable amounts of spam that get tossed into a lot of OT forums, not to mention the administrative work of monitoring the stuff over there and the immense cost of carrying the data on the OT forum...
I can't blame Rennlist for this policy...

I had a membership, saw no real reason for it and let it go. If I'm gonna pay to have access to a website, its gonna be p0rn.........................
my other club site http://www.socaleuro.com/ You get access to all except sigs, and IF you want to be a paid supporter, you can........... if not then you can still hang out.

When you own a 928 the only way to own it is by do it your self advice from them. I could have never owne my 928 with out the forums help......But of few of them had a hard time with my sense of humor and logic..............Once a 928 owner always a 928 owner and nothing else compares

My membership number is recognized by Rennlist. How do I access the poll?
(Edit: I see "Rennlist Member" didn't come up under my name like the rest of you guys. Am I missing a preference or a login somewhere?)
Thanks!
