i've always had american muscle in the past, from midyear corvette roadsters, fastback gt mustangs, buick grand nationals. now the the always childhood dreamed about 911's, BUT 2 AT THE SAME TIME, c'mon guys, this is nuts, my neighbors the police and probably the irs are watching my home now! and the gossip shew-wee..like where does he get his money or is he selling drugs or what..you gotta chuckle, isnt it amazing how even 20 year old porsche's draw such attention, and the majority of uneducated populace has no idea that the great icon that it is, in there eyes, wreak of wealth, can be owned for so little and i'm not going to tell them any different. but in all seriousness i bought a DP 911/935 and wondered if there are any other owners on this forum, i'd like to hear from you. also i am going to sell my sweetheart,a western silver 79 sunroof coupe (now in indiana since june) please email me for pics and info or see it in the rennlist for sale. thanks...

DP 911/935--that's awesome!!
I had a poster of one just like yours when i was in high school.
Fill us in on the DP. What's under the engine lid, etc. And more pics, please. I want to re-live my adolescence.
Thanks

Faster, last time I saw a genuine DP935 for sale the asking price was 90 grand. I'm very curious as to how much you paid for yours, if you mind posting it I would appreciate a private email: ZAMIRZ@sbcglobal.net. Anywho, nice car...cars, you should start modding the DP for insane power

Yowza. In terms of addiction that's like going from Cigarettes straight to Heroin. If you move up from there it won't be street legal anymore.
Nice rides!

Nice Pic's. The DP will be Big Game to your local police, Better get a R/D on that bad boy.
I'm sure you can out run them but like you said they probably know where you live. It dosn't quite blend in like a pick up truck.
Buy the way who's mowing all that grass?
Cheers and Enjoy

to be honest with i really dont know what i have, and i have not had anytime to sit down and research the thing. it is a 78. euro spec. car. with all the dp stamped body parts including the dp stamped wheels, it does have a red engine, but no turbo?? it lived at sometime in texas. it is a confiscated drug dealers car i bought from a city municipality auction. it does run good and looks bad to the bone as you can tell. odo shows 34,000 mi. and there is no history to be found through title searches. i bought it for considerably less than what i need for my 79 coupe. if you have or know someone i can get some info on these cars let me know. thanks

Here you go Brian. www.dp-motorsport.de. Back in the 80's, they made some real fast slopenoses besides some 935's which are still racing today. The make some real slick 935 body panels which are improvements on the original stuff.
