If you have an original car, original engine, please say so. If your engine has been replaced or rebuilt, please specify the mileage before rebuild, but you can obviously still post the total mileage. After all, there is a difference between a car with 500,000 miles and three engine rebuilds versus a car with 190,000 miles on the original engine. But both are respectable!
I'll start off, although I will easily be beaten. My 1988 Carrera Targa has 120,000 miles. Top end (valve guides) rebuilt at 90,000. Bottom-end was untouched. Engine is strong, burns no oil.

Sorry, not to highjack, but maybe the better question (or the more telling answer) is who's got the highest-mile car that has *never* had the engine cracked open? This, I'd be interested in.

When I was at the dealer, we had a 3.2 carrera the customer drove from Newport Beach to Beverly Hills everyday with north of 480K on the clock, and that was a couple years ago, we also serviced an SC knocking on 300K.
Personaly, my 3.2 made it to 170K before the rod bearing spun

I know a '78 Sc that has 300K on it and it is used on the track and 2 DE instructors drive it at every event. The engine has never been cracked!

My SC engine came out at approximately 170K miles (and 120 track days) for a broken head stud although the engine used almost no oil between changes and the broken head stud did not reveal itself on leak down.
