OK this is a beauty.
A few months ago when I was going through the alternator saga I changed most of my fuses. I turned my heater on and a noise came from the back of the car that sounded as if the engine had dropped out and I was pulling it behind the car. After that night I hadnt put the heater on again. I told the mechanic late last night about the problem and he turned the reds on and the heater on. The engine cranked over..????!!!!!!!!!! Ok so some how my heater blower motor is powering up my starter. Where do I start???????
ISSUE #2
My clutch peddle last night decided it had given up on popping all the way out. It feels like half a peddle but it is still working. Any ideas?
what did you do to the clutch pedal? just a loose spring or something?
will have to show you one day however it involved jacking it up and where the clutch cable meets the leaver there is a big spring, this spring connects to another leaver and that leaver tensions the spring. the leaver looked to be in the wrong place. the leaver is held by a bolt with a lock nut. the darn thing must have been loose and then the leaver sliped and put it in loose mode.. CLEAR AS MUD!!!
