Unusual (OT) referral needed...
OK, guys and gals, when we did the nursery at our old house we had a mural of a 356 C painted on one wall. We took a high quality digital pic of the mural (a friend has unbelievable photo equipment) and put it on CD. Now we need to know who can take the CD and turn the pic into wallpaper that we can apply to the nursery in the new house. We found a couple local companies, but they both work with vinyl for outdoor use. Help and thanks!

Wow that is a cool idea.... if that works I am re wall papering the basement bathroom .... wife never goes in there anyway and what a great place to admire my car ...

Randy: Therein lies the problem! A professional artist took more than a week of six hour days to do the original - with the help of a projected image! The hubcaps actually look like chrome - now that's a good trick on drywall! I'm afraid this project is way past my skill level...
Ice: So, what's your bathroom wallpaper going to be: (1) Your check strap mount

I am pretty sure you can send the image to snapfish.com and they will make a poster for you.
I saw on tv once where they took a digital pic of a flower and took it to Kinko's and they made a poster. I am not sure about mural size. If you mean wallpaper with several images repeated that might work. Hope that helps.

The guy that works next to my shop makes custom wallpaper. Really high-end stuff. Maybe he can at least offer some advice if the places you've contacted are no help.
