Speaking of tacky mods, what do you think of my new wheels for My GTI?

Pimp'n, totally, but your missing the Anti-deer things you buy at walmart to attach to front bumper. If you ditch the headlight washers they fit right in there

Hey, if your selling the 16" Fuch's I take'em off your hands for a nominal price. Obviously, you have turned over a new leaf and wheels like that would do nothing more than ruin you new image.

Keep up the "Pimped Out" ride look and I want the Fuch's!

WORD!

SchnellerUmsetzer -
Sorry, man. Gotta keep my foxy 16s. I put 'em on out of concern for my personal safety when I have to drive through tough neighborhoods (La Jolla, Beverly Hills, Palos Verde, Palm springs, etc.).

fixnprsh -
Kool! Just a tad to big, but I hear its tough to find the even Kooler minus 1 size. (What do you mean by "tacky"?).

Default This may be in bad taste, but, considering my car...

Maybe shouln't be posting on two boards @ once, but I started this thread on the Pelican board at first, where it has been evolving (devolving?) as well -

Getting lots of good ideas from Pelicanites as well, who have cars (or maybe only in their dreams [nightmares?]) like mine.

Here's one developed buy a couple guys over there.

I think it would look just swell if you converted it to a slant nose and put some candy paint on it

Ladeeeez & Gentlemen, I think we have a winner!

There'll be a longer than anticipated delay while the judges count the scoops and strakes, and for verification that Photoshop was in no way involved in this amazing feat of automotive creativity, after which the tradional wine and cheese will be served.

The doors and rear quarter panels of our apparent winner will be ceremoniously and appropriately put to use for the performance of the grating and slicing of the latter.

We thank all of you who have recovered from the collective gasp given out upon the unveiling of this masterpiece, and welcome you to return for our next competition.
