1988 911 couple black/linen
Couple questions:
Anyone used those recovering kits for carrera seats? The driver's seat need to be done eventually. Other than that, just a few cheap parts to replace and she's 100%

I have a diamond blue / linen '88 and I just replaced the drivers side seat cover myself using a kit from Autos Intl in CA. I'll be happy to talk about the process with you if you'd like.

would like to know the process of replacing the covers. I found an OEM kit on eBay for the linen set, i'm going to replace both covers so they match, and because both are kind of crappy.

I was going to suggest the replacement of both. Glad you thought of it first. If you replaced one at a time you would never be satisfied....would never match. I'd have an upholstery shop do it for professional results. It can be easy to screw up.
