My 1977 911S picked up in Zuffenhausen in March 1977, and my 1981 narrow-body turbo (911SC with RayJay turbo kit). Chocolate brown, and Bamboo Beige. Two great 911s--and my 'middle' Porsches. The beige car was loaded with dark brown leather and every little thing you could want in the early 1980s. It pegged the speedo at 162mph in 5th. Stable all the way. I really loved those cars. I put about 110,000 on the brown one and about 100,000 on the beige.

I love these photo threads! Some really great looking cars!
Here's a bunch of my '88 Carrera Coupe - Venetian Blue with Linen interior. About 36K miles, no sunroof, 15" fuchs, and 99.9% factory original.
My favorite picture of the car:
Interior:
Engine:
From the back:
Recently, the need to remove the bumper to get it painted and to install a new smile gave me the "excuse" to do a deep detail on my front wheel wells.
I had cleaned them many times before but never bothered to remove the cosmoline. Having the bumper off gave me additional access and I decided to do it right. I also removed the rocker panels and on the passenger side I pulled the oil lines because the paint was all chipped and brass was showing... I painted them (pictures of them tomorrow).
Here's the before of the LF wheel well.
Here's a few after pictures.

Crappy blackberry pic after I got back from taking the old girl for a spin this morning.
Getting the original Fuchs refinished so they will be back on soon.

Wonderful cleaning job underneath! I love those kinds of shots. I've been known to do stuff like that myself...
