Default New trims for the 73
Headlight trims back to stock from painted to match, still wearing painted centers on the wheels but polished paddles are for winter tires now on a friend's 914-6 as he restores it.

You gotta love 7x15 inch Fuchs with a high polish (not chromed).

That must be an awful lot of work to keep them looking like that. I did that on my 914 fuchs lips and face and my 8 & 9 x 15's lip only and I was constantly polishing them. I agree polished looks much better than chrome.

The wheels (Fuchs 7x15s) were restored by Woods in LA many years ago and repainted with chocolate brown center trim and polished highly. Mounting them was left to the best guy in the region. They could be scratched with a clean shop rag.
