Some of you long time PCA members will remember the name Lew Moorman. In around 1979 or 1980, my buddy and I traveled to Stoddards's to pick up the '56 356 Carrera that Stoddards's had restored for my friend. (He still has it!!!) Lew and his friend happened to be there to pick up their new cars. This was the era of the SC's but these cars did not sound like SC's. They would not open the engine lids but if you check out the script on the deck lids, you can guess what Stoddard's had created for them.
