Default Looking for an off color 964 or 993

If any one has an unusual color 993 or 964 they are wanting to sell, I may be interested.

I want colors like Riviera Blue, Signal Green, Mint Green, Red Raspberry Met, etc. the off wild colors available most likely in the 90-94 964 series, and some into the 993's

Car must be pristine and extremely low miles, I wil even look at a Tiptronic if the car is the right one..

Could be a Cab, Coupe or Targa..

I have seen all that is for sale currently on Ebay, Autotrader and Cars.com, etc. looking for something not on the market.

Please let me know if you have a color some people wince at. They can be really cool cars, and they certainly are unusual...

I'm a rare color fan, too. My 78 SC is continental orange with orange interior. I've seen only two mint green 964's for sale over the past 4 years (both on autotrader.com) and I think just one maritime blue 964 targa. And, I almost bought a maritime blue/linen 968 cab just for the color.

Good luck with your search.

Where was the 968 and is it ultra low miles,,,, I know of a violet one with grey and 29k miles, my current 968 has a little over 20k, so I would prefer lower miles, these things are out there somewhere.....

When I purchased my car I had no idea that the color was so cool. Most of the 87-89 Carrera cars are either red or black it seems. I get many compliments on the color and interier to match. I have only seen one other Granite green metallic on ebay and it was a 930. Good luck with your search and I'm sure someone will come up with one for you.

Green? There is green in that picture? Green. I'll show you green! Take a look at that <------ baby!

Just kidding. That's a great great color. Sort of the same hue as the Diamond Blue 911. I think there was a similar one in red too. And, of course, my next Porsche was/is a Arctic Silver Boxster, which I've heard some say is the absense of color!

You might want to post this in the 964 and 993 forums.

Might you be interested in an '87 Targa? I'm thinking about getting a coupe for the track

Post your pictures thread

The color is a late 60's stock color called "Crystal Blau". Car has 65K miles, some suspension work, fresh tires, and fresh brakes.

Let me know and I will send you more details on the car.

Paul

I'm a huge fan of odd color Porsches. They are few and far between.

Here are a couple I know of:

Turbo @ www.sloancars.com

Another at www.aicauto.com:
