Predigest accusations are a pretty delicate subject although I believe I could reverse any thoughts just by this one statement “John is ½ Chinese”….. John is a very busy sales guy who actually handles most of the online sales quotes along with his regular wholesale and sales duties. He would be best described as a “no-nonsense” kind of employee which is excellent at getting you what you need or recommending you to someone who can “if it’s in your best interest”.
I could recommend Darren (Ext. 223) or Tom M. (Ext. 305) for your particular vehicle.
I’m sure that each sale advisor has a bad day but I’m really not going to go on to educate anyone on that matter, as I’m sure we all understand how that goes. If at anytime you feel that you did not receive the level of service from one of my sales guys please don’t hesitate to contact me directly at eli@pelicanparts.com.

Eli, while we have your attention, I have been meaning to call and ask this question, but maybe you can answer it for me.
Wayne has mentioned a few times that Pelican can get anything in the Performance Products catalog. Well, I need a new dash for my SC.
Performance lists a "replacement" dash for $527, but Pelican only shows the OEM version. Can Pelican get the aftermarket dashes?

Guys, wouldn't these questions/issues on specific orders be better off addressed directly to Pelican? Why are you making Eli go through a second party forum to address your specific order, don't they have a format for that?
I can understand general CS issues on this board but forcing Eli to correspond thru an outside forum seems like extra work for him and would slow the resolution to your issue.

personally, I like the live demo ............... gives Eli a chance to show everyone how they like to do business ......... at any point Eli could have gone private but he didn't.

Yes, you are 100% correct, we can get you anything that they offer "if the item is still available". Every now and then an item will become unavailable through the manufacture or vendor making it unavailable for all retailers.
