I have just purchased my first Porsche an 89 Targa 911. Always wanted one, now I seem to have a big silly grin on my face all day long.

I don't think that you have "upset" anyone, as KC911 stated, it's great to see a picture too.
I bought my first Porsche(1984 Carrera) in 1995, after a very long time of "want" and I still have that smile. So get used to it.
