@Nate2046 your car looks fantastic. Etna Blue? I had my 7.2 GT3 liquid wrapped too in Slate Gray.

I got a quote to wrap my 996 a year or so ago. $3500 for the absolute best quality stuff from a known installer. I imagine the G body would be similar in cost. My concern would be the damage to the paint upon removal. At some point I may just pull the trigger and repaint the thing in a color I actually desire

There are laser cut patterns available for current / modern vehicles.

On the older vehicles it is a custom job, they call it a custom bulk wrap job.

As such the costs are higher.

Great link and videos.

The company that did mine was not as fast as your crew.

I wish we could produce as fast as our timelapses 😆

truth is, projects like this take several week from start to finish…deep clean/prep, paint correction, disassembly, ppf installation, we clean areas opened up, then put everything back together, ceramic coat and final inspect

it’s the only way to protect and respect these older treasures 🤙

I went last week to get an estimate to wrap my '82 911SC in black matte.
I think matte colors can only be done with wrap film and
i wouldn't wrap if I had to do just a glossy regular color

they gave an estimate of $7k (here in Brooklyn, NY)
not cheap, but in a few years, if not months i may do it... the result must be insane... drooling just to think about it haha
