I think they are all potential issues. Head studs are more age than mileage, at least with SCs. Anecdotally it used to be said that the low mileage cars were more at risk, but I think now it's more age. The issue is less common on the 3.2's, but still something to check on a PPI.
Gearbox? Who knows how it might have been abused. Not sure about valve guides, but I think still possible. Maybe that one is the most unlikely issue of the three.

All possibilities. But if they weren't issues at that last service 5K miles ago, unlikely to be a problem now. The question is whether or not you believe the seller. A PPI (or your own eyes/hands, if they're experienced) could suss that out before a purchase. Just don't have the PPI done whereever the current owner gets the car serviced. The shop's loyalty is to the seller and not to you, even if you're paying for the PPI.

Hello,
With regular maintenance and a well-kept garage, the likelihood of head stud issues, valve guide wear, and transmission (915) problems should be relatively low at this mileage. However, it's always a good idea to have a trusted mechanic inspect these components for peace of mind.

i personally find it a very odd question.
Likelihood of issues has zero to do with what seller wants for his car.
Get a PPI at your place of choice ( not the sellers ) . Agree on price pre ppi and adjust after PPI comes back .. Seller will then disclose all issues as he doesnt want you coming back saying "you didn't tell me this ther fore i am offering less".
Have all the things you want checked checked, leakdown, head stud check, transmision etc. But be aware some sellers will not allow covers to be removed to check head studs as they can sometimes be difficult to reseal. So then you have to make a decision.
I find the above very effective.
so basically " price pending PPI "

The price is in the it all depends category. I have owned both G50 and have a 915 and the latter is just fine. Get an aftermarket rear coupler and replace all the plastic in the shifter. The only irritant is the non-synchro reverse--but you get used to it.

Head stud issues are pretty rare on the 3.2
Valve guides may be an issue but they seems to be more common on the 87 to 89 3.2.
Like the other replies, have an independent shop perform a PPI with a leak down & compression test.
