Been dreading this..... not because it wasn't needed...... but because I am getting filthy. Lots more to follow.

This was a bucket list item......... Ordered parts at Rennline last week and they arrived today. I rushed home and two hours later I'm 40ish pounds lighter.

That is quite a difference!
I don't know much about light batteries. How is their lifespan? More critical to keep them hooked up to a maintainer?

Finished the aluminum splitter/spoiler (not sure what to call it). I also finely finished the front facia with the clear turn signal/parking lens. I fabricated the splitter out of .09 2024 Aluminum.
All of the finish work was by done by myself. Lettering by Mrs. AG81. She is handy.

Looks great as usual Steve.
Can you post a picture that shows the entire front end so I can get a better feel of the splitter. Looks very cool.

Scott,

Thank you. It is not a big in your face piece but I love what it does to highlight the front lower facia. It also gives me something to scrape that I can replace more easily.

Ahha makes much more sense now. I didn't realize I was also looking at the flooring in the previous pictures! haha
That piece really looks great. Nice added touch.

I decided to address my brakes this week. Rotors are in. Picking up calipers at the powder coating company along with my front rotor hubs.

Vettel-ish..... Thank you. Yes I have had that flooring for a number of years. It is really easy to keep up.

Brakes completed. I need to take some shots with the wheels on. They actually look cool.

Complete rebuild of factory setup. New pistons, pads, pins and Zimmermann Z coat drilled rotors. New bearings, new sensors, new seals nothing was reused except the bare caliper themselves.
