That is APs recommendation for the every six track days. Oil looks fine when it comes out, but likely broken down as compared to when new.

2020 Spyder driven hard on track and road. Never seen more than 125 Celsius, which I believe is 257 F.

I had mine analysed after about 5 track days and the results came in good. I am doing a change every 7 now and will re sample again.

That is the point. You want to take it out while it is still good. Cheap insurance against a motor failure. Let us know how 7 days looks.

My current routing is oil changes 2 times a year, will adjust if I start adding more events as my addiction and skill sets grow, due to the added stress on the motor.
Once at the end of track season (basically this is at beginning of the season bc Im not really doing any hard driving or adding many miles over the offseason), so I’m not in hibernation mode with dirty oil over the winter months, and somewhere between every 8-10 track days ~35-40 sessions out on track.
