can you just swap the parts, any idea of the cost?

The quick answer is no, the RS wing does not fit on the base GT4. The main complication is that the GT4RS risers (needed for that wing) are not compatible with the GT4 rear hatch lid openings and mounting points, with the RS risers being slightly wider and having more fasteners.

There is a solution however to this and that comes from a company in Scotland called Automotive Passion. They have developed a set of wing risers that work with the GT4 rear hatch lid and the GT4RS wing.

legit question... yes I have some concerns but will make sure to work on the front end of the car once this is installed

I'd certainly think about adding some of the 4RS front aero components ... esp. if taking the car on track...

(also might need to stiffen rear suspension too)

maybe see you at BRR tech talk tomorrow...

tvm indeed BabyNsx, the AP package is not cheap but includes the risers, carbon wing and end plates, I see JCR on the case too, any others?

Yes, the 718 Clubsport risers should also work as I believe the 4RS and Clubsport wings have the same mounting points.
