Haha, I'm ok with not shifting the fake (manual) shifter.

 

Took her on a 500 mile road trip to Las Vegas, what a drive it was!

I originally ordered my car with the factory CXX stripe but it somehow got missed so I asked a couple of local shops about getting it painted and it was extremely costly (around $5-7k). I was almost going to pull the trigger on this but saw that Apollo (based out of WA state) had a GT3RS/GT4RS hood that includes CF NACA ducts with an option to add a painted stripe. After checking out their hood at Rennsport I was sold, the quality is top notch and it's practically identical in size, shape, fitment and weight and they did a really good job matching the stripe too. For those that missed the CXX stripe and want to add it but don't want to modify your original hood, this is a very very good option (considering the total cost is around the price of just the stripe!).

I wondered that too…but after studying the photos, it looks like Skafia’s car does not have the yellow “12-noon” marker on the steering wheel. I assume that the car pictured in post 65 is not his (but bad idea to assume anything).

Either way - very beautiful! Sure looks like it would scrape the chin spoiler in that photo

 

Yes wing delete, pics are of my car. I'm getting my risers painted so thought it would be fun for a touring photo shoot.

 

Personally, I like it better without the wing, but I totally understand the downforce that it delivers.

I am missing something about the hood though. You didn’t get the hood painted from the factory so you bought another CF hood that was painted with the stripe or you had them paint your hood with the stripe?

Thanks. The CF NACA ducts are around $1200 but I believe if you purchase it with the hood they're discounted (don't quote me on that, reach out to them).
