GT4 Build Too Expensive?

Hi, new member here and considering buying a new GT4 that has options that brings the car up to $158k. Some of the major cost drivers include ceramic brakes, paint to sample, deviated stitching, 18-way seats, LED PDLS+, and a bunch of small leather coverings. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a GT4 with a MSRP that high. Would this be dumb to move forward and buy this? Will the resale value be way lower because of such a high MSRP spec? I don’t plan to sell this anytime soon, but I want to be aware if I’m going to take a big hit later. Dealer is selling at MSRP

If the price your quoting is just the GT4 with NO ADM ???
Then I say buy it if you like it and don't get all torn up over what it's going to be worth when you dump it years from now.
Post the Window-Sticker for us to see what all is in the build ................
Enjoy your New GT4,
Terry

OP, I think you’re doing the right thing by pulling the trigger as you said no ADM. most people are paying $15-20k ADM on GT4’s right now so think about it like you’re getting more options for the money. Congrats and enjoy in good health! Should command a premium due to PTS if you decide to sell in the future for any reason, and should be close to MSRP if you do sell even if you don’t get 100% back. Enjoy!

Thank you all for your feedback and perspective, I really appreciate it. I put down my deposit, I'm going to go for it . I love it and when I visualize what car would I rather have in my garage, this is what I see.
There isn't a listing for this otherwise I would share it.
@Dr.Bill @GT325 - You got it, this is the same one. I couldn't remember the color name, but I do believe it is Manaus Blue. Maybe I'll see you around town.

Congrats! You made the right decision. You'll have no regrets. I just noticed PCCBs in black. Nice. Not many like that.

Congrats! I recall that car from Porsche North Scottsdale. I didn't realize the colour was Manaus (formerly Pantone 296c). It looks great, and welcome to the PTS fold!
