Would absolutely get the WP. Although it's just cosmetic, it is spectacular!
Skip the sport chrono - keep the dash clean looking.
Full leather is very nice as well.
Also - delete the sat antenna! (finally offered as an option!!)
And skip the Bose - you can't hear it anyway.
If you have the monies, load it up. It will comeback to you at resale. This I know from personal experience, three times. Please don’t play the “value” game. If it’s a track rat that is a whole different story.
How about FAL? I have a pretty steep driveway, but have had no issues with the GT4, lowered 996 with aerokit and front lip, or a C7 Z06
I did spec the FAL because of our drive entrance and speed bumps near us. Without the FAL the car does clear its close though. My friends C7 Grand Sport scrapes every time if he doesn't angle the car.
I definitely had a bit of mission creep when spec'ing my 4RS and wrestled with some of the same questions, I went:
✔ Weissach package: The CF scoops, intake, wing, and mirrors and the Racetex dash/interior are the features that sealed the deal for me. CF hood I could go either way on, but no choice, it's bundled.
✔ PCCB Brakes: Yes please for me, but again might be moot at this point as I believe it is unavailable to configure right now and questionable for the rest of the year.
✔ Interior: The upgraded interior is required with Weissach so it made it a moot point for me, but plastic dash and door-tops would be a huge bummer in a $150-200K Porsche.
✔Chrono package: It's not the "sport chrono" package used on some other models... All the performance features are included with/without this option, it is merely set of stopwatch functions and the additional clock/timer on the dash. Purely cosmetic decision, I prefer it.
✔FAL: I went with it, though I think that a careful driver could do without it, and the 4RS doesn't use the fancier GPS based axle lift used on the 992 models, you have to push the button manually. I do manage to scrape and even break the aero lip on my lowered 996 Turbos with regularity, it's only $100 and 15 minutes to replace, the 4RS will be far more painful!
✔ LED (PDLS) lights, Bose, Smoking package, white gauges, yellow pulls, etc, etc. (Told you there was mission creep!)
➖XM antenna delete. Hate Sirius's business practice, no use for their services, don't want your antenna wart on my car.
➖ Magnesium Wheels: $16K? As much as I'd like them for cool factor, easy skip.

Not needed. Mine has had no issues at all. Even in some places where a GT3 would scrape a bit.
That's good to hear, been sweating the fact I didn't add it.
My thought was the RS is sitting at the same height as my lowered GT4 and never had an issue with clearance.
I've gone back n forth on the lift. Have kept it in, primarily because of 4 post garage lift
Regarding the WP....I was originally "no" until I saw a WP in person at the local dealer...Afterwards I told my wife, "well I think that visit just cost me $10k!"
While it's 100% aesthetics only, the carbon was mega....
And the dash looks so cool vs "standard" leather.
In the Porsche world, when there is a Weissach or any other type of lightweight package, always get it! Your wallet will thank you when it's time to resell. But I do believe there is a psychological price barrier on the GT4RS and it's 200K. Anything above that, you are mentally entering into a different price bracket/category altogether.
So got my GT4RS last night. First impressions on Weissach, the carbon fiber is a lot more beautiful in person than in pics. I wasn’t a fan of the carbon fiber look but my SA, who is a really decent guy, talked me out of a lot of options but keep telling me it would be a mistake on the future trade-in end if I didn’t spec it. I did and wow it really pops. The wing, side vents, intakes, and especially the hood look super high quality. I get it now.
Front lift wasn’t an option NOT to option. My driveway has a dip in that always scraped my GT4 unless I took it at the exact right angle and super slow, around 20 seconds to clear a few feet . That game gets really old fast when you have to do it 4, 5, 6 times a day.
Sport chrono just looks so good. Always regretted not having it on my GT4.

I think a lift is a definite on these. The underbody aero gets trashed when you forget to lift it. And even then it still can get a clip… my rear diffuser is getting hammered on the speed ramps also but not much I can do about that…
Fair play for discussing specs and cost with the missus…. :-)
I got to see a WP car in person and it really is nice. The one strange thing is how the interior carbon is matte, but the outside is gloss. Seems like a bit of a mistake.
I submitted my preliminary spec.
Arctic Grey/Grey interior
Neodyme wheels
Black calipers
PLDS
Sirius delete
Weissach
Yellow door pulls to tie into the 12 marker and shift **** pattern
