Yes, I knew my snip was from the GT manual as mentioned, just thought I’d offer a counter point to the post above mine.

In response to the question about the trip breaking in the car, just drive the car. Vary RPMs and don’t keep a constant speed for a long period of time on the long trip and you should be fine.
