Was that strictly OEM setup or did you have it balanced?

That is OEM measured today with 990 miles since new. Balance is not bad for as produced. Cambers are not so nicely balanced. Need to get an autocross alignment done, something which transformed my 981 CGTS when I had it done.

How much camber adjustment is there on the GTS suspension?

This is encouraging. I have buckets and nothing else really on my incoming car so it should be lighter.

My 2021 GT4 PDK and 2 way seats and a full tank of gas. I need to have it weighed again, since I've added a full exhaust, 19" wheels, antigravity battery, Recaro Podium seat, and rollbar. Will be interesting to see the difference.

Exactly what I was looking for, thanks! Our fuel difference would be 50-60 lbs., so rest of the weight difference probably is GT4s bigger brakes and tires offset slightly by my premium package weight (whatever that is). I have new 19" Apex forged rims to install whenever tires become available and will get an LIPO4 battery for weight savings. Kept the Girodisc 350/330 rotors from my 981 GTS so if they fit the 718 will use those. Exhaust would be a healthy weight save, but don't care to spend $6,000+ to get it. I probably will end up around 3150 lbs., no driver and 1/2 tank of fuel.

Net between 718 GTS and GT4, is that stock tune to stock tune the GTS should slightly out accelerate the GT4 (lighter weight, less aero drag, less rotating moment of inertia from wheels and tires). Handling-wise, more tire and better suspension wins.

Don't forget the aero.

I would think a GTS with a tune would definitely be faster. From what I've seen, stock to stock they are very close.

I'm currently at 3150 with 7/8 tank of gas (as per my very reputable speed shop, when corner balanced), 2022 GT4 PDK. Many of my mods have removed weight:

AP Radi-cal, JCR valved silenced, Dundon Street headers, removed the plastic round the battery, master cylinder, AP racing 19" SM10 when weighed (and VS5RS for the second set which'll remove a few more lbs) wheels running 305/30 19 rear, 255/35 19 front. Have factory CF buckets & base stereo which also help. Coming up is anti-gravity batt.

Default 2020 Spyder

2020 Spyder 6MT, LWBS, PCCB, forged wheels, Titanium Akra link pipes and Titanium JCR Valved Silenced Race Pipe, about 1/4 tank of gas.

1387kg = 3058 lbs.

Just got my 2023 CGTS 4.0 6sp manual weighed with a full tank of gas. Options I have are 18-ways, Bose, PDLS headlights, carbon fiber interior trim. Care came in at 3204. I find it interesting how there are such differences in the amount of weight in the front vs the rear in our cars. I'm guessing it has to do with amount of fuel in car?
