No MY25...just my speculative opinion.
This chassis was old before they even started the 4RS. I personally can't wait until they end production, time to move on to the next chapter of the 4RS life cycle.

Just my opinion but no chance for normal production 2025 models. Maybe a few leftover cars that are built in August and Sept and titled as 2025's.

because at time of announcement for new 4.0 later motor was emission certified thru 2025 AND PAG said would co-produce ICE with new electric 718 models

Didn't AP mention how many would be built? They are on target to produce that figure.

Only time will tell whose opinion is right and whose is wrong. And that time is fast approaching.

I agree with this.

I wouldn't hold a statement from 2021 or 2022 as a lock for 2025 actions.

Things have changed quite a bit since these cars were first announced. E-Macan was late, E-Box/Cay are surely later than the originally forecasted. Overall E-Car sales have softened. All Car MFG's are walking back E-Car statements and goals. Points to 718s living well into 2025 and beyond, but only Porsche knows that right now.

does anyone know what is max width of GT4RS rear wheels (non mag ones) can fit?
I just sold my 992 GTS that is equipped with 245/35 Front, 305/30 Rear; i was thinking about keeping my winter tire set up from 992 and fit in my incoming GT4RS..GT4RS comes with 295/30-20

Sure does except doubt the RS's will continue. No reason for the regular production car to stop.

Did the manufacturers get over EV's yet? Cause us as buyers are over the HEAVY deprectiation that's for sure. I lost my *** on my Tesla model 3 if I sell. I don't drive it but it's a family car and sadly a lifer now.

EV's are losers for everyone.

Took delivery today. The car is well worth the money and the wait.

Thanks!

I’m posting my thoughts in the driving impressions thread. A few things that stand out:

- The car is quite loud when driven with zeal.

- The ride quality is good.

- The handling is much improved over the 981 GT4.

- The cockpit is great.

- Looks great.

Sounds like you won't need a DSC controller? There is definitely a dichotomy of feedback with ride quality. I am wondering if PAG updated the PASM software some where along the production line.

I figure I've paid for Porsche's engineering, and the damping software is an integral part of that, so I wouldn't generally go for DSC unless there was a clear problem with the OEM damping.
