While I agree, I'm afraid the yellow PCCBs may clash. I hate the gold wheels with yellow calipers but I'm thinking a darker bronze may work. I also like the brushed clear but am afraid that may be too bright on a SB in addition, if you curb a wheel, good luck fixing it.

I tòo have PCCB, and tend to look at the calipers as something in the background, with Satin Bronze I think the two colors are different enough to be visually separate.
Good luck with the decision!

Brushed clear is a cool finish, and I think it would look good with most darker colors including SB, it also benefits by providing a more defined look of the wheel design, they stand out in a good way! IMHO, the darker the wheel the less they get noticed.

If I hate it, I can always refininish them or sell them got to mix it up a little.

Not quite Shark Blue, not quite Satin Bronze and no PCCBs, but this might be close enough to at least give you an idea of what the combo will look like.

Apologies for missing that. Our objective with the 8.5" wheel was not to mirror the stock offset.
The 8.5" ET54 offset we honed in on is within 7mm of the stock offset which makes it legal for AutoX enthusiasts participating in the stock/street class. It also widens the track width up front just a bit, and sits a touch more flush to the front fenders without requiring any modifications.
Last, the higher the offset, the more convex the wheel spokes need to be to clear brakes. Our engineers prefer to run with a lower offset so they can further optimize the wheel for strength to weight. As an example, if we went with the stock ET61 offset the spoke depth would be compromised for the sake of brake clearance, and that would result in fatter/shallower spokes.

Wish Apex was going to offer the wheels in a Brushed Dark Clear finish. It has the medium color tone of Anthracite but with a beautiful brushed appearance. Had that optional finish on my HREs twice. Stunning!

@APEXRaceParts i've pledged for a set since this wheels seem to fit well over my PCCBs. I was wondering about future availability.. will you continue making them after this run, or is it a limited one time production?
The reason why I ask is that this is my first time buying non-oem wheels, and I was wondering what happens if one of the wheels bends for whatever reason on the street for example, do I have to throw out the entire set, or is there a way to get another wheel if needed in the future?
Cheers!
