After going back and forth between white, Racing Yellow and Arctic...I have decided on Arctic, same specs as launch car except the mag wheels.
Now if PAG start adding colors or more interior combos that may change.
Would love to do again Python Green but not going to do as on the 718 GT4 that I moved my spot in line until 2021 and PDK/Python was released...not going to risk my dealer all of a sudden saying no more cars as I have one 99.9% secured right now..
I like the color, not as much as Graphite Blue Metallic, but I like it as I do Chalk. However, now that Mazda, Subaru and others are pumping out thousands of cars in a similar flat/non-metallic grey color, the edge is off of it IMO. There's nothing wrong with getting a color one really likes, I've done it many times(usually a dark blue metallic), but when I spec'd my 718 GS 4.0 I definitely wanted something different from the masses. It was the most expensive car purchase I've ever made, and likely that record will hold for the rest of my life, but partly because of that I didn't want to see another 718 in my color every time I turned around. So I went with Aventurine Green Metallic and I couldn't be happier. Yes I could, if Graphite Blue Metallic had been offered I would have been ecstatic. But anyway, were I in a position to order a GT4 RS now (not gonna happen), I'd probably shy away from Arctic Grey since there are so many slightly more pedestrian cars running around in that color. I think Porsche needs to come up with another standout shade to set it apart. BMW did the frozen colors a few years back, and may still offer them in some lines, I don't know, but when the more mundane car companies offer a color that most of the public perceive as the same as your mega-buck P-car, then it's time to change. Just my opinion. But it is a striking color when combined with the blue wheels I will admit.
I think Arctic Grey works best among all the standard choices, especially with the WP so as to mute the contrasting effect of the carbon front hood.
I don’t consider the GT4 RS to be a particularly attractive car and would therefore have a difficult time splurging on PTS. I’d rather direct those funds towards magnesium wheels.
I know the whole hood is painted in body color without the WP. however, you can have WP with GT2RS scheme hood. only The middle is painted the body color. IT's Cxx option on a WP package.
