Unless you are a 918 VIP client, saying you won't pay $1.00 ADM is either ignorant or acceptance that you won't be allocated a build spot. Even VIP customers are paying ADM. In the current market, a $125k ADM on a GT4RS is a bargain. My dealership has been increasing the ADM based on probable allocations and customers willingness to pay. They will be charging at least $225k. 6 weeks ago I was told the number was $300K ADM. I can't afford that....but, there are enough collectors that want the car and won't risk missing it for that amount given the end of ICE.

A 125k ADM on a non-limited car is hardly a bargain. I’m not saying people won’t pay it, but some non-VIPs, including me, were given an allocation without an ADM recently. My dealer received 2 VIP and 1 regular allocation in the first round and 3 regular allocations in May. I received one of the May ones as I was #2 on their list and I believe the others went out with an ADM. Next round is probably coming out in August or September for CY2023 builds.

so your dealer mixes up whether it wants to make 100k adm or not? I’m not a VIP and was first on the list…still paying some adm whether VIP, 918, or what have you. Honestly, I was told the opposite, 918 VIPs are paying less adm because of all the cars they’ve paid adm on lol

How much other business do you do with the dealership? So we have the whole picture. I assume this dealer has made money off you via other transactions in the past. Was there a trade in? Etc. (Sorry if this was covered earlier in the thread)

It is my understanding all US cars going forward are MY 23's. I have a July build as well that is a 23.

I am tending to agree with you. I have called multiple places. If it’s a no adm dealer, I would have need to have bought many cars through them. If it’s an adm dealer…I’m hearing anywhere between 100-200k adm. When I poke and ask for negotiations, that the market is turning, I’m met with attitudes that others with a bigger bank account will take the build then.

I am curious how non-VIP, non-bulk Porsche shoppers are just “calling” around and getting a build slot without an adm. I think what is possible is for us to agree what a “good” adm is here so that we aren’t paying so over that my butt hurts…and not from the vibrations on my carbon buckets at 9k rpm.

I have friend who is considering not taking his and he seems to think $75k - $80K is the number and by the sound of this thread lately, that may not be too out of line.

This late in the game its not happening unless you have a buying history with the dealer, are offering an ADM or are giving them a trade in where they can bend you over.

With the market tumbling, I bet your friend has plenty of company.

I would think by year's end a very small ADM or sticker will not be difficult thb. GT3 100%, GT4rs might take a little longer to drop, but I've seen this many times. Speedster went back to sticker from 100k adm's once they landed and the economy was great then.

The idea of an msrp gt3 is so insane (and has been for so long), it has me thinking “what if…?”

And I don’t even really want one. lol But it’s no less epic a car, just because the world economy tanks.

I understand the FOMO, but, historically speaking, has there ever been a production Porsche (GT or otherwise) that has commanded ADM throughout its run? If memory serves me, 996.2, 997.1, 997.2, 991.1, and 991.2 GT3/RS were all available at MSRP towards the end of 2nd year of production, no? I guess supply side constraints are certainly different this time.

To your point, wasnt there a post recently about a 2022 GT3 sold out of Loeber Motors in Chicagoland for only $30,000 ADM?
