Why do people judge how other people spend their time? Some might say that going around loops on a race track as fast you can is a waste of time (and resources), yet some people love it so much that it's their main hobby. Judging how other people spend their time is no better than judging how they spend their money.

We are very fortunate to have so many choices.

btw: I paid a very modest ADM, even by todays standards, in order to secure a configurable allocation back in July of 2022.

Received my, car a 23 model year, in June of 2023 11 months after placing the order. It is a modest build as I plan to track the car along with my 04 GT3

Good luck to those who are still looking for a car.

I hope that they build many more cars for everyone who wants one

Snow wheels / tires - I have a set of 19's sitting on my shelf. For what car? I've been debating on keeping or getting rid of them.

I have a set for our 981 CGTS that have been sitting.
The 4RS I thought about a set for that only because last year the price was cheaper than a spare set of wheels. Go figure that one.

doesn't seem like many supply chain issues anymore. They are building more cars then they did for the last gen of the gt cars. Porsche is good at making money. As long as there is demand they will continue to make it until the demand starts to slow down.

Spoke to my GM at this evening's Rennsport reception and he confirmed that they'll release more 4RSs along with the SRSs next month.

I just got an email from Porsche that I should go configure my own 4RS and submit it. Coincidence in the timing, right before a round of allocations drop?

Can I assume that means 4RS allocations will be now be raining from the heavens?

And if there are a generous amount of 4RS allocations in the future, will that imply SRS allocations will be similarly generous (eventually)? (i know...all just guess work)

(And yes, I am hiding here for peripheral SRS allocation conversation because all the SRS threads are inundated with "how do you like THIS combination of color and wheels" posts.
